Shipping charges:
UK – FREE Royal Mail Special Delivery
All items in the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery on the next day which is tracked, insured and requires a signature upon arrival.

Rest of the world – £14
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK DELIVERY TIME WILL VARY, DEPENDING ON COUNTRY. ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Made to Order
All our jewellery pieces are handcrafted for you in our studio in London.
We make all our jewellery pieces by hand in small edition. Therefore we don’t always hold stock of every item in our studio. If the piece is Made to order this may take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the piece. A regular update will be made during the making process. Made to Order items are indicated as such in the product description.
If the piece is in stock, we aim to dispatch our orders average of 1 working day.

Delivery
If the piece is in stock, we aim to dispatch our orders average of 1-5 working days.
Is the piece is Made to Order, we will dispatch the piece as soon as it is completed and we will notify you by email, this will include a tracking number.
UK
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service free of charge. The delivery time takes between 1-2 working days. All UK orders are fully insured. Parcels will need to be signed for. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

EUROPE and WORLDWIDE
Orders will be dispatched using International Tracked & Signed. The delivery time is 5-10 business days but can be affected by the local delivery situation and the process of customs. Any customs charges and associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. Neverthless, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund.
We will need to receive back unworn items in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
Returns are the customers responsability, so please ensure that items are returned securely with a tracking service. Postage fee is at the expense of the customer.
Refunds cannot be offered on personalised or custom-made jewellery pieces.
