General

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Aurelie Dellasanta Jewellery, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.


Payment

Our prices are billed in UK Pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.

 

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

Before your order can be accepted we must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order.

 

Payments will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Aurelie Dellasanta Jewellery. If the issuer of your payment card or method refuses to authorise payment to Aurelie Dellasanta Jewellery, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

 

Delivery

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Terms for information on costs of delivery.

 

However, where delivery times and dates are given, they are for general guidance only and we will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

Under no circumstances will we ship any items if we have not received full payment for the price of the goods that you have ordered on the Sites.

Liability

If any products we deliver to you are damaged, defective, of an incorrect quantity or not what you ordered, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the products. If you notify us of a problem, our obligation will be to either,

  1. make good any shortage or no-delivery;

  2. replace any goods that are damaged or defective;

  3. refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

 

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Aurelie Dellasanta as responsible for the personal information. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

 

Returns Policy

If you find any damage or inconvenience with the piece you ordered, We would be happy to receive back unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@aureliedellasantajewellery.com providing details of your order so we can arrange the return process.
